Jacqueline Elwarner is the Coordinator for Pickens County Family Connection. She has been the Coordinator for the organization since September 2014. Prior to this position, Ms. Elwarner has worked with various social service agencies and organizations over the past 25 years including Pickens County DFCS, Appalachian CASA, the North Georgia Mountain Crisis Network and the Appalachian Family Law Information Center. Jacqueline is a member of the Rotary Club of Jasper, and she also serves on several different committees and boards in the community including the Attendance Protocol committee for Pickens County Schools, the Adult Education Advisory Board for Chattahoochee Technical College, and the Chamber of Commerce Youth Leadership steering committee. Jacqueline has a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Michigan State University. Jacqueline has 2 daughters, Jordan, who is a Junior at the University of Georgia and Paige, who is a Junior at Pickens County High School.
