About The Event
Through our regional coalition of Resilient Georgia NW Metro, Cobb Collaborative is excited to offer a one-hour introduction of the Community Resiliency Model (CRM)® to community members.
The Community Resiliency Model is an evidence-based and biological model rooted in a goal of creating “trauma-informed” and “resiliency-focused” communities. This model teaches individuals how to increase their capacity to manage their nervous system while building confidence to handle the ups and downs of life.
During the one-hour CRM introduction, participants will learn:
