ARCHI is hosting its quarterly breakfast, “Weathering: The Lasting Impact of Racial Discrimination on Health,” on April 24 from 8:30–10:30 AM at Friendship Baptist Church in Atlanta. This event will explore the concept of weathering—the cumulative impact of chronic stress and racial discrimination—and how these experiences shape long-term health outcomes in Atlanta communities. Participants will have the opportunity to learn more about the connections between structural inequities, stress, and health, while engaging in conversation with community leaders and partners working to advance health equity.
