CRM is a set of biologically based wellness skills designed to reset and stabilize the nervous system.

HUMAN BEINGS HAVE COMMON BIOLOGICAL REACTIONS TO STRESSFUL AND TRAUMATIC EVENTS.We can learn to read our nervous system and bring it back into balance by practicing CRM skills.

By registering, you will attend a 90-minute session led by a professional instructor trained in the Community Resiliency Model (CRM). These classes are ideal for individuals who want and/or need the opportunity to connect with others experiencing similar stress and anxiety. At the end of the program, parents will have the chance to review and discuss the strategies learned in class.
