About The Event
This 90-minutes, virtual seminar presents an introduction to mindfulness as a trauma-informed practice for stress management and burnout prevention. This seminar explores the impact of chronic stress on our wellbeing, and the evidence-basis for how mindfulness practices help to manage stress to enhance health, happiness and work-life balance. The session includes a lecture/discussion as well as an interactive mindfulness practice, and a Mind-Body-Spirit assessment to generate personal insights for actionable self-care and burnout prevention.
