Why Resilient Georgia
Resilient Georgia builds bridges between public and private partners across the state to create an integrated behavioral health network of services and resources for Georgia’s children (0-26) and families. Resilient Georgia is among the only organizations focused on Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) prevention and increasing trauma-informed awareness and care delivery through statewide coalitions.

Top Resources: Our Brief and Learning Cards
In our Brief, we make a compelling evidence-based 'Case for ACEs Prevention' and an urgent call to action to invest in building resilience now – early intervention is more effective, less expensive, and imperative to averting the next pandemic: mental and behavioral health. Multiple languages are available.
We've designed accessible, illustrated cards for six key terms ( Adverse Childhood Experiences, Early Brain Development, Positive Childhood Experiences, Toxic Stress, Resilience, and Trauma Informed) that are used to talk about Resilience and why it matters. Mulitple languages are available.
