Annaliza Thomas
Administrative Coordinator, Resilient Georgia
Annaliza Thomas is the Administrative Coordinator for Resilient Georgia, supporting administrative and operational projects with a passion for creating resilient communities.
With a career dedicated to community service and education, Annaliza has held leadership roles including Director of the Certified Literate Community Program at the Technical College System of Georgia’s Office of Adult Education, Global Program Specialist with the U.S. Peace Corps, and Executive Director of both Hall County Family Connection and Literacy Forsyth.
Annaliza holds a Bachelor of Science in social science education and a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Georgia. She also earned a master’s degree in service, leadership, and management from the School for International Training in Vermont. She has lived and worked around the world, with experiences in Belize, California, Vermont, the Philippines, Maryland, and Georgia.Â
