Emily Graybill
Executive Board Member
Emily Graybill, PhD, NCSP is an Associate Professor of School Psychology in the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology at Rutgers University, with a
secondary assignment in the Rutgers School of Health Professions. Her research and practice focus on how to support school districts in building sustainable, comprehensive systems of school mental health. She is a school psychologist by training and worked as a school psychologist in Metro Atlanta school districts for many years prior to entering academia.
She earned her PhD in school psychology from Georgia State University (GSU). Dr. Graybill served as a clinical faculty member in the School of Public Health at GSU for 12 years, during which time she collaborated with Georgia state agencies, school districts, and local organizations to secure funding for and implement new and existing state and
community initiatives. She served as the Director of GSU’s University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities, Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental
Disabilities program, and Maternal and Child Health certificate program. She also served as Georgia’s CDC Mental Health Champion from 2020-2024.
